Well, we just Saturday finished our Addie's Kitchen/Freezer meal session at the church. It was awesome! We had 28 people there and 3 new faces. This time we tried a challenge, making over 500 hand made ravioli using wonton wrappers in 3 hours. Note in home testing I learned I can make 150 filled manicotti in 1.5 hours...Whew!!!! We had all hands on deck at the end with about 8 people hand sealing ravioli....we made it though. The ravioli are yummy. I think everyone had a great time. Here's the menu!
