Enjoying the June Freezer Meals food

So tonight we ate the New Orldeans Flank Steak from June's session. I nuked some red potatoes in the microwave and then finished them off with butter and some no salt seasoning in the toaster oven (broil setting). We had a green salad and Mushrooms in Red Wine sauce from the post below....YUMMY! http://www.mountbethel.com/recipes/Red%20Wine%20and%20Mushroom%20Sauce.htm Sat out on our deck enjoying the cool night, stars, mountains, breeze, etc. Colorado is AWESOME!
